Anybody interested to start a opensource project and become famous? This is because current google is inviting people to develope application.NOTE that [if your app is really great, google might adopt your project.. )
google app engine is mainly based on python... the SDK is free for download and try http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/ , but hosting on google server is by invitation only currently.., perhaps they will openup for everybody later, just like gmail.
